As Principal Design Researcher at projekt202, Kijana constantly observes users and listens to what they say (and what goes unsaid) in order to determine how a new interface could better meet their needs. She’s fascinated by psychology, cognition, and the impact that new technologies have on human behavior in physical as well as digital environments. She has worked with a variety of clients including Schwab, Motorola, Kronos, Samsung, and Pepsi.
Kijana graduated from Rice University with a BS in Computer Science and The University of Texas at Austin with a MS in Information Studies.
