This is an iphone application for case managers and counselors working with the homeless to use while doing outreach in the field. The application allows them to access information about clients that are in the system while they are in the field - where it's convenient - rather than back in the office, where information may not be as readily accessable or correct. The application gives the user the ability to add new clients, take notes and find nearby services available for individuals.
